Modifications
Customizations and modifications can make containers much more beneficial and can be as simple as a paint code that matches your garage or an additional door for easier access to additional ventilation.
Normally we paint containers a primer gray color and use an industrial enamel paint after prepping the containers to ensure the paint job will hold up for years to come. Painting is done in house but for anything else, we use a trusted professional fabricator that we have worked with for many years.
Modifications are available only on sales containers. For any modifications or customizations, a quote from our fabricator may be required in order to provide an accurate purchase quote. All fabrication is professional in nature and high quality. Payment in full is required on projects before modifications begin.

- 10’ container turned into a ticket booth for a customer.
- 10’ container insulated with wooded walls and d-rings installed to store equipment.
- 20’ container insulated and painted, cabinets, A/C, desktops (all specified by customer) so container could be used as an additional specialized workspace.
- Two 20’ containers modified and put together at the customer’s location and turned into a 16’ x 20’ breakroom for their employees.
- Other modifications we have had done include 36” doors, rollup doors, custom paint colors, ductless mini split systems, window A/C, insulation, etc.
